Birdie’s Nest
PSYCHOTHERAPYHello!
Welcome to Birdie’s Nest Psychotherapy. I am honoured to have you here. I appreciate the time you take to get to know me and the psychotherapy services I provide. I am Chloe Sereda, owner of Birdie’s Nest Psychotherapy and Registered Psychotherapist located within Thunder Bay, Ontario. I am currently providing virtual services to all residents of Ontario, with the hopes of offering in-person sessions in fall 2026.
I believe healing occurs through connection, safety, and care. This powerful combination guides my practice. It is my mission to ensure every client feels these things—because that’s what you deserve!
Meeting you with gentleness and a non-judgmental approach, we work together to identify and strive towards goals that are important to you and your well-being. Meeting you wherever you’re at in your healing journey, I view my role as a Psychotherapist as a privilege and an honour to work alongside clients.
I utilize a variety of evidence-based modalities and tailor them to meet the needs of each unique client, focusing on what feels good to them. These include Emotion-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, and Gottman Level 1 & 2.

The story behind Birdie’s Nest Psychotherapy
The name of Birdie’s Nest Psychotherapy holds a special place in my heart. Inspired by my daughter, “Birdie,” she is a source of my inspiration and pride, but also represents my family's female lineage. Combined with “Nest”, another word for home, comfort or safety, which is exactly what I want my clients to feel when they are in session with me.
